Returns Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns. Please include your invoice number in all returns and a note about how you would like us to proceed. 

Buyer pays shipping back to the shop. If an exchange is desired, buyer pays additional shipping for the exchanged product. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser regardless of it the skate was delivered with free shipping.


We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange, refund or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:


  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way (including smoke damage)
  • do not skate! you can try them on, standing on carpet but once they are skated in, we cannot accept returns
  • within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
  • must not be a special order or a custom order
  • must not be sent in the original skate box. Do not write, tape or damage the original skate box. Please ship in an additional cardboard box. 


Unauthorized returns or items returned that are used will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the items to the purchaser. If we do not receive return shipping payments within 7 days, we will donate the product. 


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Custom Orders are not returnable or refundable unless we are in error. Partial payments on Custom items are non-refundable. If partial payment is made on a custom item and not paid in full in 90 days, no refunds, exchanges and product will be sold at a discount in the shop. We love to help our customers out with payment plans but we have to keep policies in place for items that are not picked up after the max of 90 days.



Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Custom boots and skate (including color upgrades, changes to width, etc.)
  • All skate that we mount 
  • Special order items (ex. Rollline)
  • Clearance items
  • Mouth Guards
  • Gift Cards



Lost package?

Stealing sucks but we are not held responsible for any packages that are delivered. We recommend filing a claim with USPS or UPS and also filing a police report about you lost/stolen items. Please make sure you have a secure place for package delivery. We cannot guarantee the shipper will provide payment for lost/stolen items.

Expectations for returns: Allow time for us to receive your product at the shop,  the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We ship in the U.S.A. and do not ship internationally. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


In stock items ship within 3 days.



Warranty's and Defects


Goods are classified as faulty or defective if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 3 months of purchase. After 3 months from your order date, items are not considered faulty and are as a result of normal wear and tear. We will contact the manufacturing company regarding your order and they are in charge of warranties moving forward.

Mispriced merchandise/Website errors:
We work hard to ensure all pricing and product descriptions are up to date however, in the event there is an error, we reserve the right to disclaim responsibility and will notify the customer of the error. 


Gift certificates: We offer online gift certificates that generate a code to be use on our online store or you can purchase a physical gift certificate in our shop that can only be used in the shop. Gift Certificates expire one year from purchase. We do not except returns on gift certificates.
