Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Medusa Skates! As a small business we provide personalized service for each customer. We may reach out with questions about your order to make sure you receive the correct fit and style. Please respond promptly to help us ship your order as quickly as possible! 

Shipping Policy

  • We offer $6.99 flat rate shipping on all orders.
  • We ship to all 48 contiguous states, Hawaii, Alaska, and overseas military addresses (APOs, FPOs, DPOs). 
  • We cannot provide international shipping at this time.
  • Standard delivery will be provided by USPS or UPS, depending on your location. Tracking information is provided via automated email. 
  • Express delivery or signature confirmation is available upon request at the expense of the customer. Contact Us to upgrade your shipping for a new or existing order.
  • In stock items ship within 3 days. Some products are not regularly kept in stock and will ship directly from the manufacturer. 
  • Backordered or custom items have varying wait times depending on production. Manufacturing delays are very common for skate brands. We will communicate these delivery estimates with you as we receive updates. The best skates are worth the wait! 
  • We are closed Sunday and Monday. Orders for in stock items placed after 5pm on Saturday usually ship first thing on Tuesday. 

In Store Pick-Up

  • Select "In Store Pick-Up" at checkout to pick up your order for free during store hours. We cannot hold any items in store without prior payment.
  • Not all items on our website are kept in stock in store. If you see an item online, please order it for in store pick up to guarantee that we have it when you arrive.  

Lost Packages

  • It is very common for orders to be marked as delivered while they are still in transit. Please allow adequate time for package delivery.
  • Before we can assist with making a claim please make sure to check your front doors, back doors, porches, apartment foyer, front desk, mailbox, etc.
  • If you're still unable to locate your package, please contact us for instructions on filing a claim. 
  • If a package is returned to us due to an improperly entered shipping address, you will be responsible for the full cost of reprinting the new label (usually more than $6.99)
  • We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Orders that are marked as  delivered by the carrier will be considered delivered. If your package was stolen you must file a report with your local law enforcement.
  • To avoid potential theft please add a note on your order requesting signature confirmation for delivery. We will follow up with an invoice for the additional cost.
  • If your order is marked as delivered and you dispute the charge with your credit card company we will consider this fraudulent. We are a small business and this practice is extremely harmful to us. A customer who engages in charge-back related fraud can face criminal charges.
