Warranties and Defects

If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, Contact us immediately to arrange for replacement. For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Contact us and include your date of purchase, original receipt or order number if available, and photo and/or video evidence of the issue. Manufacturers require photo/video documentation to submit a warranty claim.

Adding to or modifying a product or using a product in a fashion other than its intended purpose may void the warranty. For example, using one brand of skate trucks on a different brand of plates, or using different cushion sizes that change the truck geometry.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, improper fit, or misuse. Unfortunately there may be a delay while we process warranty requests and arrange for repair or acquire a replacement.

We may sell products that have no warranty due to manufacturer closure or other special circumstances. This will be clearly indicated in the online description of the item, marked on the packaging, or otherwise communicated to you at time of purchase. We do our best to guarantee that these items are not defective. By purchasing "no warranty" items you agree to cover the cost of repairing or replacing these items if you encounter any defects.

Please see below for warranty details for some of our most popular manufacturers. This information was updated August 15, 2024 and is subject to change.
